Job summary

Studs at Newbury St, Boston is seeking a part-time Studio Supervisor to support daily Studio operations as a trusted keyholder and frontline leader. You will open/close the Studio, guide floor activity, and ensure a consistent Studs experience for customers.

This non-managerial role requires maturity, reliability, and leadership by example, with a focus on service standards, safety, and operational execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio and ensures procedures are followed.
• Supports floor leadership during peak periods and maintains brand standards.
• Provides exceptional customer service and educates on the Studs experience.
• Upholds safety, cleanliness, and compliance with piercing-related guidelines.
