Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week incl. one weekend day.
• Part-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week incl. one weekend day.
• Experience in facilities management and maintenance is desirable.
• Exceptional cleaning skills and a sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to ensure delivery of brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
• Make safety-driven decisions with prevention and high-quality client experiences in mind.
• Conduct daily studio walk-throughs and follow cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studio spaces before/after classes by cleaning equipment and restocking amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning and organization of lobby, FuelBar, retail shelves, and storage areas.
• Handle laundry: towels collection, washing, folding.
• Repair small studio fixes across facilities.
• Assist with repairing Woodway treadmills and other equipment.
• Communicate tasks or projects to Facilities Team for the day/shift.
• Escalate facilities issues to management.
• Collaborate with General Manager to gather feedback and identify improvement needs.
• Support facilities training for new and existing team members.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on schedules set by studio/manufacturer guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate repairs with General Manager to complete projects.
• Develop and maintain preventive service schedules and best practices.
• Maintain relationships with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
