Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance operations across our studios in Kentucky. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards, manage urgent needs, and create an inviting, clean environment for members.

The role requires strong hospitality skills, reliability, and the ability to coordinate with a General Manager and Facilities Team. A focus on safety, training, and preventive maintenance is essential for ongoing studio excellence.

Responsibilities

• Work with GM to ensure delivery of brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
• Exhibit decision making based on safety, prevention, and high-quality client experiences.
• Perform daily studio walk-throughs and follow cleaning/maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studio spaces (lobby and locker rooms) before/after classes and restock amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of common areas, FuelBar, retail shelves, and storage areas.
• Handle laundry: collect, wash, and fold towels.
• Repair small studio fixes and assist with equipment repairs.
• Coordinate tasks with Facilities Team and communicate issues to management.
• Assist with training for new and existing team members on facilities procedures.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections and schedule improvements.
• Plan and coordinate urgent repairs with GM, maintaining preventive service schedules.
• Maintain relationships with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
