Job summary

Barry’s Brooklyn Heights is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance operations across the studio, uphold brand standards, and ensure an inviting, clean, and safe space for clients. The role collaborates with the General Manager and Facilities Team to manage tasks, equipment, and services.

Responsibilities include daily walkthroughs, setting and following maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and assisting with training.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work full-time or part-time; minimum hours per week clearly defined.
• Excellent communication with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and clients.
• Excellent organization and time management skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and maintain cleaning/maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studio spaces before/after classes and restock amenities.
• Perform regular deep cleaning and maintenance across all areas.
• Manage laundry, equipment repairs, and communication of tasks to Facilities Team.
• Observe safety and quality standards and escalate issues to management.
• Assist with facilities training for new and existing team members.
