Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance operations across our studios. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards, keep equipment in operating order, and provide exceptional hospitality to clients.

Responsibilities include daily studio walk-throughs, cleaning, minor repairs, and coordinating with managers to address facilities issues. Strong time management and reliability are essential, with options for full-time or part-time schedules,

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or maintenance.
• Ability to work full-time or part-time with weekend availability.
• Experience communicating with supervisors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and high-quality client experiences.
• Conduct daily studio walk-throughs and follow maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studios before/after classes; clean equipment and spaces.
• Support repairs of equipment and communicate tasks to Facilities Team.
• Coordinate with General Manager on improvements and training.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and liaise with vendors.
