Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across our studio network and ensure it aligns with brand standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize urgent maintenance, and keep equipment and spaces inviting for clients.

The role requires strong hospitality focus, ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication with the General Manager and Facilities Team. This on-site position supports daily studio operations and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations across the studio.
• Uphold brand standards and support business objectives.
• Prioritize urgent maintenance needs and manage daily tasks.
• Prepare studios before/after classes (cleaning, restocking, etc.).
• Perform regular deep cleaning of common areas and equipment.
• Assist with repairs of equipment and communicate tasks to the Facilities Team.
• Train new and existing staff on facilities processes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate projects with the General Manager to completion.
• Maintain relationships with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
