Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to drive maintenance operations across our Newport Beach studios, upholding brand standards and creating a welcoming, safe space for clients and staff.

As a key member of the studio leadership team, you will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with the General Manager and Facilities Team, and ensure timely repairs, cleaning, and equipment upkeep to keep the studio running smoothly and on brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or maintenance.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Excellent cleaning standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across the studio and uphold brand standards.
• Prioritize urgent maintenance needs with strong time management.
• Oversee cleaning, equipment upkeep, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with General Manager and Facilities Team on daily tasks.
• Communicate facilities issues to management and assist with staff training.
• Develop and maintain preventive service schedules and vendor relationships.
