Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance operations across our studios and uphold brand standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain equipment, cleanliness, and hospitality, ensuring a welcoming space for clients and efficient daily operations.

You will work within a studio leadership team, manage daily tasks, schedule maintenance, and coordinate with technicians to keep facilities in top order.

Qualifications

  • Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
  • Full-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with mornings, afternoons, evenings and one weekend day.
  • Part-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week with morning and evening shifts during studio hours.
  • Experience in or desire to learn facilities management and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the GM to ensure delivery of brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
  • Conduct daily studio walkthroughs and follow cleaning and maintenance checklists.
  • Prepare studio spaces before/after classes, clean equipment, restock amenities, and maintain common areas.
  • Repair small studio fixes and assist with equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Communicate tasks/projects to the Facilities Team and elevate issues to management.
  • Support facilities training for new and existing staff.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and relationships with technicians and vendors.
