Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for all members, prospects, and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce the sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and process sales transactions per policies.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and escalate issues for resolution.
• Partner with studio team to deliver a seamless member and guest experience.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio activations to drive engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment in alignment with brand standards.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to support growth.
