Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to partner with the Studio Manager in running daily operations and driving sales. You will lead the Sales Associate team, manage studio tasks and member engagement, and support onboarding of new members.

The role requires leadership, sales aptitude, and a customer-focused attitude, with flexibility for daytime/evening/weekend hours and a competitive hourly wage with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the workplace.
• Previous sales experience, with quota-bearing environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic site navigation, reporting, and data entry.
• Flexible to work daytime, evening, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager in all areas of the business.
• Lead and develop Sales Associate team daily.
• Own responsibility for studio operational tasks, including lead and inventory management.
• Perform telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls.
• Host OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile.
• Participate in 1-2 OTF workouts per week.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Respond to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Ensure onboarding of all OTF members through essential forms.
• Attend and participate in training programs, events, and meetings.
