Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests.
• Present membership options and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build community relationships to drive brand awareness and opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain member records.
