Job summary

AFG HoldCo is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager for Orangetheory Fitness locations to support daily studio operations and drive member sales. You will welcome members, conduct studio tours, present membership options, and actively contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment.

You will also mentor Sales Associates, manage member records, handle transactions, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the team on marketing activations and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people, programs, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, inclusive, high-energy experience for all members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals by outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to drive new business opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce sales processes.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation with integrity and attention to detail.
• Process sales transactions (cash and credit cards) per company policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with studio team to deliver a seamless member and guest experience.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio activations to drive engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment aligned with brand standards.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to support performance and growth.
