Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Studio Manager to operate front-of-house studio operations and lead a high-energy sales team. You will drive membership sales, renewals, retail, and concessions while mentoring staff in effective sales techniques and maintaining premium customer service.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager on training, events, and studio branding, ensuring consistent OTF standards and culture across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Previous sales leadership and customer service experience.
• Experience working in a quota bearing structure preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of new hires.
• Train, develop, and coach sales staff.
• Manage sales staff workflow throughout the day.
• Drive in-studio contests and incentive programs to hit targets.
• Ensure front desk processes: check-in, inquiries, registrations, cash handling.
• Maintain highest level of customer service across team interactions.
• Uphold studio cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate social media initiatives with Regional Sales & Ops Manager.
• Develop initial and ongoing sales drivers (events, outreach).
• Lead a high-energy culture aligned with OTF branding.
