Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects, and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs clearly.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and process transactions per policy.
