Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Kansas is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily studio operations and deliver exceptional member experiences, while contributing to sales and retention goals. This full-time role requires strong communication and a service mindset.

You will lead by example and collaborate with the Studio Manager to maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment, ensure accurate member records, and mentor Sales Associates. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals via outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Build relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation using company systems.
• Process sales transactions (cash and card) per policy.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with studio team to deliver a consistent member experience.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio events to drive engagement.
