Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily studio operations and help drive member satisfaction and growth. This full-time role reports to the Studio Manager and involves maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment across front desk and studio floors.

The position emphasizes sales achievement, customer service excellence, and mentoring of Sales Associates while ensuring accurate records and smooth operations in a fast-paced fitness studio setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service or hospitality.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to grow membership and brand presence.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring Sales Associates; reinforce sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation with integrity.
• Process sales transactions per company policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
