Job summary
CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and create a premium in-studio experience for the community in San Francisco. You will build and lead a team of teachers and studio staff, align with district leadership, and drive membership growth and class attendance.
The role requires minimum two years in studio management, 200HR certification preferred, and a track record of hitting performance targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager or leadership role.
- Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certification preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Be brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in-studio and market.
- Own day-to-day studio operations including leading teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
- Lead membership goals with local sales team and contribute to new studio openings.
- Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff to meet class count goals.
- Teach multiple formats to support studio success and maintain high student satisfaction.
