Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Senior Studio Lead to act as an extension of the General Manager, driving membership growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. The role blends hospitality leadership with studio ambassadorship to build a welcoming community and guide members toward memberships and packages.

The Senior Studio Lead will partner with the GM to hit revenue goals, support promotions and events, and elevate daily studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager and studio team to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by modeling premium hospitality and building strong client relationships
• Support class instruction when certified or eligible and assist daily operations to keep the studio running smoothly
• Coach and develop staff, reinforce JETSET standards, and address recurring gaps in performance
