Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Brookfield is seeking a Full Time Studio Lead to work with the Studio General Manager, drive membership sales, and mentor a dedicated team in a fast-paced wellness environment.

The role centers on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a pristine studio, and leading by example with a growth path toward Assistant Studio Manager within 6 months of a successful track record. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available evenings and weekends.
• Proven history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• Ability to lead others and work as part of the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pristine studio environment.
• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Clean facility, turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area.
• Uphold the Perspire Core Values and Brookfield Core Values.
