Job summary

SweatHouz is seeking a studio leadership role focused on driving membership sales and delivering an elevated client experience in our studio. You will lead a team, train staff, and collaborate with Sales Associates to meet studio goals while upholding SweatHouz brand values.

A strong background in customer service and leadership is essential. This role emphasizes creating an outstanding first-time guest experience, retention, and community partnerships, with a commitment to the SweatHouz

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 3–5 years of prior management experience, preferably in a spa, salon, or health + fitness facility.
• 3–5 years sales and customer service experience required.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Experience with MindBody or a similar CRM / POS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Able to work a non-traditional schedule.
• Passion for SweatHouz brand and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships alongside your team to achieve studio goals.
• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to SweatHouz clients, handling issues positively and promptly.
• Train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate studio staff to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a clean studio and ensure front of house, sauna suites and back of house are in top condition.
• Develop partnerships in the community to raise awareness of SweatHouz.
• Mentor sales associates to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Support studio purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
• Enforce standard operating policies to support rapid growth objectives.
