Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in health & fitness industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Fitness certification from a nationally accredited organization or related degree, or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and retention targets.
• Oversee studio operations, policies, and brand standards.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Hire and onboard new staff; manage staffing schedules and payroll.
• Lead fitness floor, guide workouts, ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing promotions and CRM campaigns.
• Maintain high-energy, compliant studio culture and seamless operations.
