Job summary

The Gleamery in Southern California is seeking a Studio Manager to own a bustling studio's operations and P&L. You will lead the Assistant Manager, Care Coordinator, and Clinical teams, ensuring guest experience meets brand standards while driving revenue and efficiency.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, set performance targets, and partner with the Director of Operations to roll out SOPs and improvements across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, wellness, retail, or healthcare.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership or strong exposure to budget, revenue, and expense management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, including holding people accountable.
• Strong sales instincts, with a track record of driving revenue through service and retail conversion.
• Excellent organizational skills and the judgment to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for your studio, including revenue, labor cost, supply cost, and overall profitability.
• Lead your teams to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets and course-correct when performance drifts.
• Oversee end-to-end daily operations: scheduling, facilities, inventory, and guest flow.
• Ensure SOPs, brand standards, safety, and guest care are consistently met.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent and develop staff to run the studio independently.
• Drive growth across revenue streams: packages, treatments, and retail; optimize schedules for production.
• Set the tone for guest interactions and build loyalty through personalized service and events.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to improve SOPs, tools, and processes across locations.
