Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Edwardsville, IL seeks Studio Leads to welcome clients, assist instructors, and handle front desk duties with warmth and professionalism. You will answer phones, respond to emails, process sales, and keep the studio tidy while upholding the brand standards.

You will greet clients, enroll new members, sell class packages, and use AXLE CRM to support new sales. Morning, evening, and weekend shifts are required to accommodate class schedules and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must greet and check-in clients professionally.
• Respond to phones and emails and assist with sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Support Instructors with opening/closing duties.
• Stay up-to-date on policies and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the boutique fitness experience to every client.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients and visitors.
• Greet and check-in clients upon arrival and thank them on departure.
• Recruit and retain clients; answer questions and refer concerns appropriately.
• Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and by phone.
• Facilitate new sales with GM/Owner-Operator using AXLE CRM.
• Maintain a clean and tidy studio.
• Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.
