AFG HoldCo is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily operations at our Chandler, AZ studio. You will help deliver a high-energy member experience, drive membership sales, and coach Sales Associates while maintaining accurate records and ensuring brand standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, inclusive, high-energy member experience reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation using company systems.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with studio team to ensure seamless member/guest experiences.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio activations to drive growth.
• Keep studio clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
