As a Studio Lead, you will build relationships, promote memberships, and drive revenue while ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for health and wellness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to recommend memberships.
• Convert inquiries and studio visits into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions and events to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems.
• Greet and check-in clients and resolve questions.
• Open/close studio and keep it clean.
• Assist management with schedule updates and announcements.
• Cover shifts as needed.
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages.
