Faced The Facial Studio is opening its flagship Charlotte location, seeking a Studio Director to lead daily operations, drive client satisfaction, and grow the business. You will oversee a team of estheticians and hosts, manage scheduling, memberships, and retail performance, and build community partnerships in the Charlotte market.

The role requires startup-style leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for skincare.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a client-facing environment.
• Strong track record in driving sales, memberships, and retail performance.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations and ensure top-tier client experiences.
• Coach and manage estheticians and hosts to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive studio P&L, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Develop and execute client acquisition and retention plans.
• Plan events and partnerships to grow community presence.
