Job summary

Faced The Facial Studio in Charlotte is seeking a Senior Esthetician to deliver customized facials and Hydrafacials, educate clients on skin science, and mentor junior team members while upholding service excellence and safety standards.

The role is full-time with weekend availability, a strong compensation package including benefits, PTO, and product discounts. North Carolina esthetician license required and 3+ years of professional experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience performing custom facials, Hydrafacials, and dermaplaning.
• Experience in a senior, lead, mentor, or educator capacity is preferred.
• Strong consultation and client-education skills; knowledge of ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, customized facials aligned with Faced protocols.
• Mentor team members and model service excellence and client care.
• Build client relationships and drive membership sign-ups.
• Create and update customized treatment plans and follow-up.
