Job summary

Faced The Facial Studio is opening its flagship Charlotte location in Winter 2026. The Studio Host supports a welcoming booking experience, check-in/check-out, and client follow-up while assisting the esthetics team and management.

You will educate clients about services, memberships, and skincare products, driving rebookings and retail sales, and handling scheduling and POS operations. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

• 1+ years in customer service/hospitality

Responsibilities

• Learns and enthusiastically shares the Faced story, services, memberships, gift cards, and retail offerings with clients, leading to sales generation, rebookings, and membership growth
• Exemplifies welcoming and friendly hospitality skills
• Proactively looks for opportunities to exceed clients’ expectations
• Answers the studio phone and messaging system to schedule appointments and provide information
• Leads client check-in and check-out processes, including educating about the brand, products, and memberships
• Addresses clients by name and builds warm professional relationships
• Follows up with clients to generate return visits and assist with scheduling and product needs
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the studio
• Assists with inventory management and reporting
• Follows all applicable regulations and laws
