Faced The Facial Studio is opening a flagship Charlotte location in Winter 2026. The Studio Director will lead the team of estheticians and hosts, drive client experiences, memberships, and retail sales, and own daily operations and financial performance.

The role requires 2+ years in management, spa or luxury retail experience is a plus, and strong communication skills. Expect a fast-paced startup-like environment with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Spa or luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and Excel, including POS/CRM tools.
• Passion for skincare and willingness to learn esthetics.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations and daily team activities with a focus on growth.
• Drive client experiences, memberships, and retail performance.
• Manage scheduling, trainings, and performance coaching.
• Develop and execute local marketing and partnerships.
• Oversee studio P&L and adherence to brand standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff; monitor performance.
