Job summary

Faced The Facial Studio is opening its flagship Charlotte location in Winter 2026, welcoming guests with a high-touch, luxury skincare experience. As a Studio Host, you will manage bookings, check-in/out, educate clients about services and memberships, and support the esthetics team to ensure a seamless client journey.

You will be the face of the brand, delivering warm hospitality, handling inquiries, driving sales, and contributing to a welcoming, professional environment in a fast-paced beauty

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service/hospitality.
• Passion for skincare.
• Client-first mentality.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, ensure welcoming experience and smooth booking process.
• Support esthetics team and Studio Management with follow-up and admin tasks.
• Educate clients about Faced’s services, memberships, and skincare products to drive rebookings and sales.
• Operate the POS to process bookings and transactions and capture client notes.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and assist with inventory and studio operations.
• Assist with scheduling and ensuring timely appointments with the team.
