Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Support studio management with daily tasks.
• Assist SoulCycle instructors to ensure smooth class check-ins.
• Maintain SoulCycle aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prep studio areas and equipment as needed.
