Lucid Motors in San Diego is seeking a Part‑Time Brand Ambassador to create exceptional guest experiences at our Lucid Studio. You will be a key touchpoint for the brand, sparking curiosity about electric mobility and guiding potential customers through the showroom journey.

This part-time role requires flexibility (evenings and weekends). 20–25 hours per week with an hourly rate of $23, plus uncapped commissions on eligible vehicle deliveries, paid bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• CRM experience with Salesforce highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high-quality leads and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists and guide next steps.
• Support studio operations and ensure vehicles are ready for test drives.
