Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for a Lucid Studio to create exceptional first impressions and deliver an elevated guest experience. You will be the first contact for guests, spark curiosity, build connections, and introduce customers to the future of electric mobility.

The role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with a typical 20–25 hours per week schedule. You will promote the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services while supporting day-to-day studio

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.).
• Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
• Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)
• Support day to day studio operations as needed
