Lucid Motors in Torrance, CA is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to create exceptional first impressions and deliver a welcoming, elevated guest experience at a Lucid Studio.

You will greet visitors, gather interest, schedule test drives, and capture high-quality leads in Salesforce. The role supports daily studio operations, maintains showroom standards, and promotes the Lucid brand and vehicles to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends including extended holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and answer general inquiries.
• Schedule test drives and capture leads in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments and suggest suitable vehicles.
• Refer leads to Sales Specialists when appropriate.
• Support studio operations and ensure vehicles are ready for display/test drives.
• Maintain knowledge of Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
