Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for Lucid Studio locations in California. You will be among the first brand touchpoints, delivering an elevated guest experience, sparking curiosity, and introducing customers to the future of electric mobility.

You will help with brand engagement and support daily studio operations. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with 20–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
• Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand.
• Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, weekends.
• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce preferred.
• Background check including drug test may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests).
• Support day-to-day studio operations as needed.
