Riser Fitness, LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily studio operations, drive membership growth, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help manage staff, coordinate promotions, and ensure inventory and policies are followed across the Pilates studio.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in person and via phone/email.
• Ability to drive revenue: memberships, retail, and private training bookings.
• Able to work in a fast-changing, diverse environment and to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to convert prospects to introductory classes.
• Drive membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
