Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our San Leandro studio. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent member experiences across memberships, retail, and classes.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced fitness environment. As a full-time team member, you will partner with the General Manager to execute marketing initiatives, train Sales Associates, and maintain studio standards

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates in transactions.
• Able to drive revenue through memberships, retail, private training bookings, and enrollments.
• Highly organized with data management and deadline orientation.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive & increase membership & retail sales through customer service.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently resolve staffing/scheduling issues for instructors and staff.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Lead by example and enforce Club Pilates policies.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate studio leads.
