Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Minnesota studio to lead sales, customer service, and daily operations. You will coach Sales Associates, drive memberships and retail revenue, and ensure high standards of studio presentation and guest experience.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and District Manager, manage scheduling, and participate in local marketing and community events to grow the studio community and achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
• Ability to drive revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and enrollments.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing and scheduling issues with instructors and personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of studio retail/products.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Make high level customer service decisions independently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and lead by example.
• Ensure all forms and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking events and promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads.
