Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a Studio Advisor in the United States to deliver outstanding customer service, drive memberships and sales, and maintain a welcoming studio environment. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, promote promotions, and support instructors to ensure a positive community experience.

This hourly role offers a base rate of $12 per hour plus unlimited commission potential based on sales and membership growth, with flexible scheduling and a focus on delivering BODYROK's service

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance based culture
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality
• Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month (i.e. 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, 2 Saturdays, or 2 Sundays)

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest check-in compliance
• Sales: promote referrals, promotions, inquiries, and enrollments; promote merch; reach out to members via email/text/phone
• Operations: keep front desk tidy, perform cleaning, manage logs and provide high level customer service
