Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a Studio Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, drive memberships and class packages, and support instructors in a high-energy Pilates studio. You will engage with members and guests in person and by email, ensure smooth check-in, and promote products while maintaining a clean, friendly environment.

This hourly role offers base pay plus commissions with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.

Responsibilities

Member and Guest Check-in Compliance: greet and assist members and guests and ensure check-in procedures are followed.
Sales: create new business through promotions, referrals, and inquiries; promote specials; reach out via email; report transitions; attain sales targets.
Customer Service & Operations: tour potential members; handle service issues; update logs; promote and sell merchandise; keep the studio clean and orderly; follow up with enrollees to exceed expectations.
