Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a Studio Advisor in Walnut Creek, CA to deliver outstanding customer service, drive membership growth, and maintain a vibrant studio environment. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, promote programs, and support instructors while earning hourly wages plus uncapped commissions.

You will handle inquiries via email, keep the studio clean and organized, and contribute to a welcoming community through excellent service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission-based culture.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest Check-in Compliance and greeting.
• Sales: promote memberships and promotions to drive enrollment.
• Customer Service & Operations: assist members and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded.
