BODYROK East Bay, North Bay & Peninsula is seeking a Studio Advisor to support members and guests, driving memberships and packages while maintaining a welcoming studio environment. You will assist in person and via email, promote services, and contribute to a clean, friendly space that reflects the BODYROK service promise.

The role provides base hourly pay plus unlimited commissions, with required weekend availability and strong focus on customer service and sales excellence.

Formación

• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.
• Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people.
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests at check-in.
• Promote and sell memberships and merchandise.
• Handle member service issues and billing questions.
• Tour potential members through the studio.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist members in person and via email.
• Follow up with enrolled members to exceed expectations.
