Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a Studio Advisor to deliver outstanding member service, engage guests, and support instructors in creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environment. You will drive revenue by developing relationships with potential, new, and existing members to increase enrollment and package purchases, while keeping the front desk organized and the space clean.

This hourly role offers base pay plus commission with no thresholds, and opportunities for advancement as you demonstrate

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and ensure check-in procedures are followed.
• Promote member promotions, referrals, and inquiries to create new business.
• Promote specials to current and future guests and reach out via email for sales opportunities.
• Tour potential members through the studio and connect guests to facilities, equipment, services, and amenities.
• Handle member service issues including billing questions and keep logs updated.
• Maintain front desk area, keep it clutter-free, and ensure a clean studio environment.
