Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a Studio Advisor to provide customer service to studio members and guests while supporting instructors to maintain a welcoming community. You will drive revenue by building relationships with potential, new, and existing members to increase enrollment and package purchases.

You will ensure the BODYROK Service Promise, keep the studio clean and friendly, and handle check-ins, inquiries, and daily tasks without direct micro-management.

Responsibilities

• Member and Guest Check-in Compliance: Greet all incoming members and guests, ensure check-in procedures are followed, thank guests on exit.
• Sales: Create new business through promotions, referrals, inquiries; promote specials; reach out via email; reconcile and report transitions; promote and sell merchandise.
