The University of Vermont is seeking an administrative coordinator to support the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program, the Rehabilitation and Movement Science department, and the College of Health and Nursing Sciences. The role focuses on clinical education coordination, site coordination, student orientation, and data management, with on-campus duties at two locations.
Responsibilities include maintaining compliance, supporting accreditation processes, and assisting the Dean’s office.

This position is 37.5 hours per week. Coordinate and manage administrative activities that support the Doctor of Occupational Therapy ( OTD ) program, the Rehabilitation and Movement Science ( RMS ) department, and the College of Health and Nursing Sciences ( CNHS ). Responsibilities include supporting OTD clinical education, including but not limited to clinical site coordination, slot requests, student orientation and advising, software and database management, compliance, evaluation, and accreditation. Responsibilities also include providing administrative support for the OTD , RMS , and CNHS Dean’s office.
A probationary period may be required. This position is expected to be working on campus at 2 different locations due to the essential functions. Some travel might be required to attend training for professional development.
Anticipated Pay Range $26.00 - $28.00
