Tarrant County College District (TCCD) Northeast Campus is seeking a Coordinator, Student Care Services to provide non-clinical case management, prevention education, and CARE Team support that promotes student well‑being, retention, and success.

The role involves outreach, referrals, and maintaining case records, with collaboration across faculty, staff, and community partners to ensure effective referral pathways and coordinated support for students of concern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in Student Affairs, case management, CARE/Behavioral Intervention Teams, or student support services.
• Experience using Maxient or comparable case-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical case management for CARE referrals and follow-up.
• Outreach to students facing academic or basic-needs challenges to support persistence and well-being.
• Coordinate referrals to campus and community resources and monitor engagement.
• Maintain case records in Maxient and other systems with timely updates.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate services and appropriate referral pathways.
• Assist with prevention education programs, workshops, trainings, and awareness initiatives.
• Collect data and support reporting, compliance, and improvement efforts.
• Support CARE Team initiatives and student success activities.
