Job summary

The University of North Texas Health at Fort Worth seeks a Senior Student Services Coordinator to serve as a high‑level case manager for Care Team and Student Conduct, including investigations, determinations, and possible disciplinary actions, with on‑call responsiveness for student emergencies.

A Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience is required; Title IX knowledge, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with FERPA regulations and how to implement them in student interactions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to set and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines in a high paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency working with a wide range of software programs including Word, Excel, and database management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide nonclinical case management services to students who are experiencing personal need. This includes meetings with students, referrals to resources, and follow up communication, along with attending student performance committee meetings.
• Manage cases from origination through investigation to completion, determining responsibility and any applicable disciplinary actions, including expulsion when necessary. This may involve Title IX cases. Reports Case findings appropriately for individual cases and for discipline verifications.
• Assist in creation and implementation of prevention and education programming responsibilities related to Care Team and Conduct topics.
• Assist with Honor Code Representative trainings.
• Complete all necessary case management and respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
• Administer background check process for student applicants as requested by UNT Health academic programs.
• Complete disciplinary verification checks as requested by the Office of the Registrar.
• Serve in an on-call rotation to answer and respond to student emergencies after hours and on weekends.
