Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of FERPA regulations and compliant student interactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide nonclinical case management services to students and refer to resources.
• Manage cases from origination through investigation to completion, including Title IX where applicable.
• Assist in prevention and education programming related to Care Team and Conduct topics.
• Assist with Honor Code Representative trainings.
• Complete all necessary case management and respond to information requests promptly.
• Administer background checks for student applicants as requested.
• Complete disciplinary verification checks as requested by the Registrar.
• Serve in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
