Qualifications

  • Master's degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
  • Experience in student affairs or related academic support roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and data literacy.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-department projects and grants.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages designated grants in compliance with guidelines.
  • Compiles and analyzes data against key metrics to inform strategy.
  • Assists with project planning, design, and implementation in the District Office.
  • Provides high-level project management for student resources and programs.
  • Contributes to grant proposals with narrative support for student services.
  • Communicates milestones and challenges to department leadership.
  • Supports development of the Institutional Effectiveness Plan and goals.
  • Leads state and federal programs as assigned by leadership.
  • Coordinates front desk staff and work study to support Student Affairs.
