Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) is seeking a Student Success Technician to support students, collaborate with teachers and counselors, and promote engagement and well-being on campus.

The role involves monitoring student progress, organizing workshops, and creating a positive learning environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred; shift is Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm. CNM offers a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Two years of experience (required).
• Experience as a student employee is considered.

Responsibilities

• Refer individuals to CNM resources and explain CNM policies and programs.
• Deliver information via telephone, in person, and online.
• Perform general office duties including data entry, retrieval, and clerical tasks.
• Ensure safety regulations and OSHA standards are followed; wear PPE if required.
